1. Create student logins
On your Dashboard → Kids tab, create a login for each student with its own username and password — up to 20 seats. Each student gets a private chat history, and every seat is covered by your school plan.
Set up your classes, hand each student their own login, and keep goals, progress and class conversation in one place — with families able to follow along.

Open the School dashboard and go to the Classes tab. Give each class a name (and period or subject if you like) — you can run as many named classes as you need.
Press “Edit roster” on a class and tick which student logins belong to it. A student can sit in more than one class, and removing them from a roster never deletes their login or history.
The progress table shows each student's activity over the last 30 days, any safety flags and how their goals are going — so you can spot who's stuck without reading every conversation.
Add class goals with due dates and tick them off as students finish. Each student also has a private note only you can see — useful for accommodations, follow-ups or a heads-up for a parent conversation.
Every class has a shared message board where you, parents and students post to one thread. The AI never posts here — it's a plain human conversation, visible to that class only.
The School tab totals classes, students, posts and goals, lists every class with its roster size and latest activity, and adds a school-wide announcement board plus a shared history feed across all your classes.
Parents and students see a matching Classroom page with their class goals, the class board and the school board — so families follow along without you sending anything out separately.
Create student logins from the Dashboard, then build the class in the School dashboard.
